Returns Policy
Sarah Faith Organics currently uses USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) for shipping all orders. Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped & delivered Monday – Friday only, excluding holidays. Should there be any delay associated with you order, you will be notified within 3 days after placing your order. Shipping times vary according to carrier schedules and distances
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order.
Because we want to maintain the integrity of our handcrafted products all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. An unopened package must be certified as “item refused” by the United Parcel Service. Shipping costs are not refundable for returned packages.
